This recipe is incredibly easy to make and the end result was seriously delicious and moist. Depending on how thick you slice the loaf, you should be able to get about 8 to 10 slices out of this loaf. The Layman loves his banana bread so I sliced it up pretty thick.     So IFBB Nationals has come and gone. This was certainly one of the most highly anticipated events of the year in my opinion. Was it worth the wait? You betcha! My weekend started on Thursday the 3rd of September collecting Earl “Wide as a Barn” Abrahams from the OR Tambo Airport. For those of you who don’t know Earl is my coach so I’ll just put that out there in case anyone thinks there is any bias in my reviews. The Capetonian remarked on our way home in JHB traffic that “Joburg is so dry!” and complained about sinuses a little.
